I am seeing improvements…

So yesterday I went to the pool. Did 30 pools, the width of the pool (16 meters) total of 480 meters in 30 minutes with rest. I get very thirsty when swimming, but barely need any water during running or cycling. After some calculations, I need to be able to complete 25 pools non stop; that is 400 meters (or 1/4 mile). I will be shooting for 10 minutes, it is doable. Anyways, after the pool last night I did a little shoulder weight lifting.

This morning cycled some 16 miles on the MTB. Took me an hour, LOTS of wind on one side the mile loop. This cycle training on the MTB is doing me great as I am improving the speed and force, while less effort; this MTB offers a lot a ground contact/resistance, with this sitting position I basically take all the wind resistance on the chest. As soon as I can get a road bike with some aero bars……..watch out everybody…LOL….

Tonight will do some back weight lifting and then Hills on the bike. 30 mins lifting and 30 mins on the bike.
