Yesterday I finally registered for the Key Biscayne Sprint Triathlon on August 15, 2010.
After 2 weeks of not running today I went for a run. Did 4 miles in 40 minutes. I felt great, barely any discomfort. I wanted to run another mile but had to go work.
Right now I feel a little tired on the legs, since I haven’t run in a while and all of the sudden I put 4 miles, I will be feeling it all day.
Tonight I will be hitting the pool and some gym if weather permits; its being raining all day so far.
Starting next week I will be start a real training program from the book Triathlon Training; the 8 weeks sprint advanced. I will do this training twice, since next week I will be 16 weeks away.
Side note, I need to learn how to type better blog entries….:)
