Good Morning (04/13/10),
So, today I woke up and did a little measuring of my self and updated the body space statistics. No training this morning, yesterday I did a lot on the bile and pool; and I will not run for a week, but tonight I have gym for the upper body and core.
Without more delay here are the numbers:
Rest Heart Rate: 66 bpm. That’s the HR I woke up to this morning, I see a decrease of 12 bpm when resting from last week. Huge improvement.
Weight from 185.5 lbs. to 181.2 lbs., a 4.3 lb. loss in 8 days. I am not sure if to be happy or sad for this? I lost body fat but not sure if I want to lose weight. Since I do not have previous stats for body size, I do not know if I am doing things right. Will see next week when I measure my self again.
Body Fat from 18% to 16.19%, a loss of 1.8 percentage points in 38 days.
Arms: 12.5 ins.,
Calves: 14.5 ins.,
Chest: 36 ins.,
Forearms: 9.5 ins.,
Hips: 36 ins.,
Neck: 16 ins.,
Shoulders: 48 ins.,
Thighs: 21.5 ins.,
Waist: 33 ins.
