Logging off work...

I am 3 minutes away from leaving the office and go back home. I got about a 2 mile walk home, would run it but I am on dress shoes and pants; kind of unconfortable.

These morning started my second week of training with a (I think) 15 miles bike trip at 7 AM. I will stay away from running at least for two weeks as I am developing strong pain where I was hit last rugby game. Tonight I will do some home work out and check out the cycle shop that it is close to home.

That’s all and I am off work.

Edit: So after work I managed to go to the pool with and then did some Hills training on the still bike at the gym. Tomorrow morning no workout. Need to recover, also it is time for some stats.
