First attempt at swimming in a while, I lost all form. I did a horrible job, but got some minutes in the water paddling and kicking just enough to get the heart rate up and tired. Also the ocean was a bit choppy with some high waves coming in making in it harder.
This afternoon I’ll be hitting the gym for some chest and triceps work out and if time allows a 20 minute run at 70% HR.
The early morning swim did bring something positive. I am full of energy and 100% alert. I made it home before the wife woke and make her breakfast.
My motivation is all the way, I need to keep there.
