Today I start week 2 of 15 until my triathlon. Last week I started a new training program that I designed taking ideas from a couple of other programs (8 week sprint distance from Triathlon Training book and a Quality/Speed Workout).
Yesterday was mother's day, so for you Mom reading this I wish you had a happy day. And because it was this day I did not perform the Sunday training.
