I'm back,

Hello and sorry I have not posted anything in the longest time.

Here are some updates:
-Wedding Anniversary
-Camping Trip
-Lots of work
-Moved to new place
-and YES I TRAINED, a lot.

I am 4 days away from my first sprint Triathlon and I am already nervous. I just finished the checklist for Sunday and tonight I will be picking up the race bag.

If you want to take a look here is the checklist I made for me.

-Goggles
-Compression Shorts
-Swimwear
-Swim Cap (provided in race bag)
-Bottle Water w/ water (2)
-Bottle Water w/ accelerade (2)
-Bike w/ number attached
-Pump
-Flat Tire Fix Kit
-Bike Tools
-Helmet
-Head Band
-Socks
-Shoes (same for bike and run, do not own bike shoes just yet)
-Running Shirt w/ number attached
-Sun Block
-Large Towel
-Small Towel
-Power Gel
-Nutrition Bars
-Duct Tape
-Accelerade Powder
-After Race Clothing

After weeks and weeks went by of training more people started showing support. My wife at first a little against it she is now pushing me to go out train in the mornings; some friends joined me in some run or swim days. A bunch already mentioned that will be there on race day, I wonder how many will show up at 6AM.
